Implementation Note
This document is for the cookie banner, footer and Privacy Policy links. Non-essential cookies should not be pre-selected.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
PocketBay uses cookies, local storage, SDKs, pixels, log identifiers, device identifiers and similar technologies to provide, secure, maintain, analyze and improve the Service. Cookies may be set by PocketBay or by third parties providing services on our behalf.
Essential cookies are used for login, sessions, security, fraud prevention, load balancing, preferences, payment flows, KYC/KYB, service stability and legal compliance. Without essential cookies, the Service may not function properly, so they generally cannot be disabled.
Non-essential cookies may be used for product analytics, performance monitoring, experience optimization, feature experiments, personalization, marketing, advertising, attribution and remarketing. Unless applicable law permits another legal basis, PocketBay will request your choices through a cookie banner or preference center when required.
Choices about non-essential cookies are independent of other features such as Project Memory: enabling or using a feature is not consent to non-essential cookies, and rejecting them does not block features that do not rely on them.
Your Choices and Records
You can manage cookies through the cookie banner, preference center, browser settings or device settings. Rejecting non-essential cookies will not prevent use of the core Service, but may affect personalization, analytics, experiments or certain enhanced features.
PocketBay may record your cookie choices, including the choice, time, IP address, User-Agent, region, language, version and preference identifier, to demonstrate and manage your choices. You may withdraw or change choices where applicable.
Blocking cookies, local storage or scripts in your browser may cause login failures, lost sessions, deployment flow errors, payment/KYC redirect failures, settings not being saved or security checks not completing.
Cookies in Developer Apps
If you are a developer and use cookies, pixels, analytics, advertising, remarketing, third-party SDKs or similar technologies in apps deployed on PocketBay, you must provide required cookie notices, privacy policies, consent mechanisms and opt-out/refusal mechanisms and comply with applicable law. PocketBay's Cookie Policy does not replace cookie notices or privacy policies for developer apps.
If your Discover listing or app contains undisclosed tracking, advertising, fingerprinting, cross-site tracking, data sale/sharing or cookies that violate law or platform policy, PocketBay may require remediation, restrict, remove, suspend monetization or terminate.
